Are you wondering why you suddenly have a new financial account labeled as Accountless? Don't worry, you've come to the right place!

Every transaction—expense, deposit, transfer—should be associated with a financial account. Whether it's an account that auto imports such as from your bank or credit card, or one that you manage manually like a cash box account. Accountless Transactions are created when a transaction is manually added and no financial account is selected.

The way to resolve this is easy.

If these transactions belong to one of your financial accounts already set up in LessAccounting:

  • Open the transaction

  • Choose the correct financial account

  • Save!

If these transactions are coming out of a "cash fund" that is not set up in LessAccounting, it's best to set that up to make sure everything is tracked. You can read more about this here.
