LessAcccounting does not do currency conversion, so all your financial accounts need to be in a single currency. You can choose this currency by going to Settings > Currency.

You can, however, invoice in whatever currency you'd like. You can choose the currency per invoice when creating the invoice or proposal. Note that this may not affect any integrated payment method (PayPal uses the alternative currency but some companies do not, for example).
