We currently integrate with WePay, PayPal, Stripe, and Square Cash, and we also have our in-house payment channel, Payments by Less.
Getting set up:
Log into LessAccounting.com
From the Menu bar, go to Integrations > Invoice Payment Integrations
Select which integration you'd like to set up. If you already have an account, you will be prompted to simply log in. If not, you can create a new account.
Using these integrations on invoices:
Whenever you choose to send an invoice via email through LessAccounting, you'll notice a Payment Method drop-down menu on the Final Step
Select your preferred payment option
Send your invoice!
What your invoice recipient will see:
They will receive a copy of your invoice as a PDF attachment along with a button that will allow them to pay you online.
Depending on the payment method, they may choose to log into the service, create an account, or simply enter their payment details. With Square Cash, they will be prompted to send an email with the amount they wish to pay you.
