How to create invoices, how to download invoices, how to print invoices, how to email invoices

Invoices are one of the most important ways to communicate with a client. Read on to learn about how to send an invoice from LessAccounting and send it directly to your clients' email, download it to send manually, or download to print a physical copy.

First off, let's create that invoice:

  1. Go to Invoices

  2. + Create Invoice

3. Fill in the information such as contact or client, line items, due date, notes

4. Save, Keep Editing to save your progress.

Once you're ready to email, download, or print:

  1. Click on Save, Send Invoice

  2. Email: Tick Email Attachment, fill in Steps 2 and 3, add an Invoice Date and Email Subject, and click Send

  3. To download and/or print: Tick PDF Download/Print From PDF, choose an Invoice Date, click Download
