If you'd like a quick way to view your recent spending/expenses, go to your Dashboard, and in the bottom left box you'll find Spending Stats.

This area of the Dashboard provides you a quick way to view your most recent expenses, and gives you the option to easily view those from the last 30 or 90 days. When you click on either of the two options, a detailed summary by the transaction level appears. This page also then allows you to further filter your transaction four ways, which will be explained below.

1st filter: Transaction Type

Since we are now in the "Transactions" Report page, this first filter allows you to change the data presented, and gives you the option based on transaction types. This filter allows you to view practically all types of transactions, including but not limited to expenses, deposits, transfers, and even further filters by those without tags, those uncategorized or auto-categorized, those unreconciled, those reviewed or not reviewed, and those expenses which are unpaid.

2nd filter: Period Range

After clicking on the filter, a dropdown box that allows you to choose what period to view, either one of those pre-set period ranges, or your custom period range. When the desired period is not one of the options, simply choose your starting and ending date either by clicking on the box to open up the calendar, or manually typing in the desired period in the boxes, using any of the following formats:

  • mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy

  • yyyy/mm/dd

4th Filter: Financial Accounts

Lastly, this filter allows you to view transactions specific to each financial account you have set up. It shows you all transactions that were paid out of or deposited to the specific account you choose to filter. The default mode here is set to "All" so it shows you ALL transactions, regardless of which account it was transacted from.
