If you would like to manage more than one business's books in LessAccounting, you can do it under just one login! In this article, we'll teach you how to create a new business, how to switch between businesses, and how to delete a business. Once you're in the chosen business, everything can be done like you normally would.
How to create a new business
In your Dashboard page (or any page!) Click on your Business Name at the top of the page
Click on Create an additional business in LessAccounting
Fill in the name of your business and your business industry

Click on your Business Name at the top of the page
Select the business you'd like to switch to
How to delete a business
If you have multiple businesses in LessAccounting, you can delete a specific one by doing the following:
Step 1: Log into that business. Be sure that the business you want to delete is the name that shows up on your Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Settings > Delete Business. Follow the prompts.
Be careful not to click on Delete Account if you only intend on deleting a specific business and not your entire account. Please know that account/business deletion is permanent and irreversible.
