First, set up your various sales taxes by going to Settings > Sales Tax. Save your changes.

When you create or edit an invoice, you'll notice a list of your sales taxes under each individual line item. Select which tax to apply to which items.

Review what you've charged in taxes by going to Reports > Sales Tax
