One of the benefits of cloud accounting is that we take care of all your back ups. If you prefer to download your data anyway though, you have a few options:

You can export any report using the Download CSV option in the bottom left of any report page.

You can also export your transactions in bulk by going to Reports > Transactions by Category. This is an all-inclusive report that you would want to download if you'd like all your transactions for a certain date range in one report.
